IMPORTANT NEW CLIENT MUSTS:

  • Please arrive at least 15 minutes early for your first Float. One of our friendly Team Members will provide you a brief orientation with tips for having a great experience with us and answer any questions.

  • To save time and ensure you can Float for your entire duration, please follow these two steps prior to your appointment:

    1) Set your password for your online account by clicking here (required if we created your account over the phone, in order to initially set your password).

    2) Log in by clicking here to sign our waiver and complete your profile.

  • Please make sure you plan accordingly to get here with enough time in advance.

    TIPS AND REMINDERS FOR A FABULOUS FIRST FLOAT

  • Avoid shaving, waxing, or tanning at least 12-24 hours prior to Floating.

  • Ensure any hair dye or treatment is washed at least twice before your Float. We cannot accommodate recent hair dye.

  • Avoid eating a large meal right before Floating - you don't want your stomach to be a distraction! You may also want to limit caffeine within 4 hours before Floating.

  • Bring anything you need for after showering (hairbrush, contact lens case, etc.), as we have just about everything else for you including private shower, all natural soap, shampoo, conditioner, and ear plugs! There is no need to wear a bathing suit while Floating since you will be in your own private Float Suite!

  • We also provide hairdryers, skin lotion, spray deodorant, and ear drops in our community Vanity Room for after your Float, all complimentary with your visit.

LEAVE ENOUGH TIME TO ENJOY YOUR POST FLOAT GLOW

  • Ensure you allocate enough time for your visit so you won’t feel rushed. In addition to arriving 15 minutes early for your first visit, you will be provided time to shower both before and after your Float (ALL clients are REQUIRED to shower before Floating). You may also want to use our Vanity Room for afterwards, and then keep relaxing in our Post Float Lounge. We recommend adding on our Zero-Gravity Massage Chairs afterwards if you haven’t already also reserved them! But even if you don’t want to purchase time on these awesome high-end chairs or on the Oxygen Bar, we encourage you to take some time to keep relaxing and reflect on your experience in our Lounge with water or tea - there’s no rush to head out!

  • You may be in the Spa for a relaxing 2 hours for your first 60-minute Float and a 20-minute Zero-Gravity Massage Chair Session.

  • PLEASE NOTE: We require at least a 24 hour notice to cancel or reschedule a reservation to avoid being charged for that session. This helps to maximize the opportunities for more people to Float when they want to. Please review our full Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy (click here).

    • You can cancel your session online in your Profile page’s My Schedule screen once logged in, or by calling us at 609-557-1244. Cancelling with less than 24 hours notice will result in your service being applied to your appointment as if you had attended (loss of service).

  • Conveniently located in the Village Square Plaza (VSP) off of Quaker Bridge Rd about 1.5 miles past Quaker Bridge Mall.

  • We are on Village Square Blvd South (not North) and halfway down the plaza with hassle-free parking!
