We have always prioritized adhering to these standards in order to be able to deliver the healing environment of Floatation Therapy for our clients who rely on us for their pain management and recovery, stress and anxiety relief, improved sleep, and the associated benefits to the immune system, and who may be without a way to adequately manage their symptoms without our services which constitute a critical part of their health and wellness.

Automated Ozone:
Ozone has a 99.99% kill rate for Coronavirus and saturates the area and walls above the water in the Float Rooms as part of our automated cleaning cycle with each session.
Ozone is a naturally occurring gas created from oxygen atoms. With its extra free radical oxygen molecule, ozone is able to destroy germs, viruses, and microbes. Ozone gas has been proven to kill the SARS coronavirus—the structure of the new 2019-nCoV coronavirus is almost identical to that of the SARS coronavirus, and studies in progress have initial findings showing that ozone is effective in killing COVID-19
Automated, Individualized Ventilation System:
Completely swaps out air multiple times between each session (before and after) using HEPA filters, with no shared air between Float Rooms whatsoever
COVID-19 cannot be transferred in the water, according to the CDC, and the Float Rooms’ solution of water has such a high Epsom salt concentration that it’s inherently very sterile...it’s an even higher salt concentration than the Dead Sea! Salt is a natural anti-microbial and antiseptic, especially at the high concentration present, and our custom-built Float Rooms are equipped with a sanitation system to filter particles from the water to 1 micron in size and are FDA compliant for drinking water (Class 1 Filtration). Standard pleated pool and spa filter cartridges only filter to 20-30 micron and require constant cleaning (Class 3 Filtration). The filter is also equipped with a UV filter and the water is treated with a small dose of Food-Grade hydrogen peroxide.
Additionally, we’re following all best practices such as:
Offering contact-less payment (paid in advance or reserved with a credit card over the phone) and contact-less new client information and waiver intake
Our staff will be washing hands regularly and hand sanitizer is available to guests
We also continue to use medical-grade disinfectants and have made our disinfecting procedures even more robust with a particular increased focus on high-touch areas
In accordance with guidance from the CDC and state or local mandates, effective May 19, 2021, guests who are fully vaccinated against COVID-19 are welcome to visit without a mask or face covering. We request that individuals not fully vaccinated please continue to wear a mask or face covering for their safety and the safety of others.
APPOINTMENTS REQUIRED
Appointments are required, and we recommend booking at least one week in advance, particularly for parties of two or more, and especially for the weekends. During our busiest times, weekends may book 2-4 weeks in advance.
