• You received a GIFT CARD: unfortunately you will not be able to schedule online without first calling to redeem it (of course we'll be happy to also help get you scheduled while speaking on the phone, if you'd prefer!)
  • Please ensure that you have the Gift Card number available, as we are unable to redeem Gift Cards without this information.
  • You want to book multiple sessions for the same time (bringing a friend or two with you). Please note: The Float start times are set so that three Float Rooms start at the same time and the other two Float Rooms start 15 minutes later. We are happy to check to see if our schedule will allow us to accommodate starting the other two Rooms earlier!
  • You need any assistance and/or to double check availability (real-time availability is shown below, but it may be possible that we could change something to squeeze you in!)
  • Trying to reserve your Float at least ONE WEEK in advance, especially for the weekends and for parties of more than one!
